It was an honour to take part in the 2nd Workshop (Steering Committee Meeting) for the African Union Mid-Year Review Report organised by the Office of the Director General (ODG), in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, 17-18 July.
The sessions reviewed the compiled submissions from all AU Entities, ensuring they offer actionable insights and align with AU Agenda 2063 STYIP’s Moonshots, the continental goals, and towards finalising the report. The report will provide a comprehensive documentation of the AU’s Mid-Year Outcomes and Impact Achieved, Gaps Identification, Lessons Learnt and Way forward.
Attending and participating in the workshop offered a unique opportunity to make contributions and towards the objectives and overall success, as part of the ODG team.
